I have been struggling with comparing and not being able to do all the stuff everyone else seems to be doing with their kids as they are stuck at home.
With the help of my therapist Im rewiring my brain to stop instantly going to the negative and focus on what I’m grateful for.
A good easy tool to do that, is this five minute journal, it actually takes more like two or three, but it starts my day in the right place and ends it in a good place. Regardless of the circumstances, there is always silver lining, you just have to look for it.
