For the past week and a half, we have been staying up north at the cottage. The kids have been playing in the sand everyday, playing outside in the cool weather, chasing the chipmunks. We had to take a pause and come into the city for treatment, it was hard to leave.
This is the first time I have had both kids playing before Infusions, usually Claire is sitting in bed waiting, today she was full of energy and followed me and Josef to the playroom. It’s the small things that make my day and give me hope.
After a very long day, my little troopers are currently running around the cottage and we will continue our vacation.
