There must be something about a sparkly gym floor that makes you want to move, because that’s what happened to Claire. As mentioned in my previous post Claire hasn’t been eating much, so her energy level has been so low, but once we put her down on the gym floor of the OVO center, she decided that she didn’t even want to hold her dads hand and off she went.
A long-time friend of mine, who works for the Raptors invited us to come hang out with the Larry O’Brien trophy at the Raptors practice center. Mark and I use to have season tickets to the Raps and love going to the games, so this was a big deal for us!
You feel so tiny walking into that place, everything is built for super tall guys, even the seats in the screening room to the counter height in the bathrooms. It was a very cool experience to check out where the Raptors spend most of their time, and be able to see the coveted trophy.
